<\/a>1. Preparations<\/h2>\n

<\/a>1.1. Download<\/h3>\n

The current version of TSNotifier can be downloaded from http:\/\/tsnotifier.cfxxl.de<\/a>. You either need the installer or the zip-version.<\/p>\n

<\/a>1.2. Installation<\/h3>\n

Installer: Just double-click the installer and follow the instructions.
\nzip: unpack the zip archive to a folder on your harddrive.<\/p>\n

<\/a>1.3. Prepare TeamSpeak 3<\/h3>\n

To make TSNotifier work with TeamSpeak 3 you have to install the TSNotifier HelperPlugin first. From version 1.3.9. onward this should already be done by the TSNotifier installer. You can ignore the next section unless this didn’t work.<\/p>\n

<\/a>1.3.1. Manually install Helper Plugin<\/h4>\n
Variant 1:<\/h5>\n

Right click the TSNotifier tray-icon and select Update HelperPlugins…<\/em>. If this doesn’t work use variant 2 below.<\/p>\n

Variant 2:<\/h5>\n

Download TSNotifier Helper Plugins from http:\/\/tsnotifier.cfxxl.de<\/a>. Now you open the zip file and copy the 2 files into your TeamSpeak 3 plugin folder (C:\\Program Files\\TeamSpeak3\\plugins\\<\/em>).<\/del> Now you open the zip file and extract the file that corresponds to your TeamSpeak 3 installation (32\/64bit) to any folder you like (e.g. to your desktop). Double-click the extracted file. This should install the plugin. After that you start TS 3 and open Tools – Options – Addons…<\/em>. Here you aktivate the TSNotifier HelperPlugin (if necessary). Now TSNotifier should work with TeamSpeak 3.<\/p>\n

<\/a>2. Usage<\/h2>\n

<\/a>2.1. Starting the program<\/h3>\n

If you used the installer, you should find a new group for TSNotifier in the startmenu. Here you click TSNotifier shortcut to start the programm.
\nIf you used the zip-Version, open the folder you extracted the archive to and start TSNotifier.exe (TSNotifier_64.exe should never<\/strong> be started directly).
\nNo matter how you started the program there should be a new icon in the system-tray.<\/p>\n

<\/a>2.2. Configuration<\/h3>\n

Right-click the tray-icon to open a context-menu that offers various settings. Here you can change language-settings, colors and display-position of speakers etc.<\/p>\n

<\/a>2.3. Adding a game to the gamesettings.ini<\/h3>\n

To allow TSNotifier to display anything ingame, you have to add the game the whitelist. You do that like this:<\/p>\n

  1. Start TSNotifier.<\/li>\n
  2. Start the game.<\/li>\n
  3. Quit the game.<\/li>\n
  4. Right-click the tray-icon and choose Edit gamesettings.ini…<\/em><\/li>\n
  5. This should open gamesettings.ini in your text-editor. The gamesttings.ini look like this:\n
    [game.exe]\r\ngame.enabled=0<\/pre>\n<\/li>\n
  6. One of the last entries should be for your game. Set enabled to 1.\n
    [game.exe]\r\ngame.enabled=1<\/pre>\n
    Important: <\/strong>If the game asks for Admin-rights on launch you will also need to run TSNotifier as Admin.
    \nImportant:<\/strong> For most games you’ll also find entries for launchers. Usually, you don’t<\/strong> need to enable these.<\/li>\n
  7. Start the game again. There should be a text showing that TSNotifier is active.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
