I just uploaded TSNotifier Version 1.3.9.

new in 1.3.9
• Setup will try to automatically install/update the HelperPlugins
• added new item to tray-icon: Update HelperPlugins…
• Note: if the HelperPlugin is in use (i.e. TS3 is running and HelperPlugin is enabled) it cannot be updated
