The final version of TS3 has been released and so I also updated TSNotifier.

• HelperPlugin TS3 – final compatible
• font settings can be changed via gamesettings.ini on a per game basis:
  Example:
  [game.exe]
enabled=1
font.name=Comic Sans MS
font.size=28
